Third Theft [Video post]

[The video comes on and for the second time this month appears the raccoon constable himself. Though this time he isn't has happy as he was last time. His face is fallen and he seems to be in an alleyway this time. He looks at something off screen for a moment before turning back to the camera with a frown.]

I...don't know if anyone is missing this guy or not but I found...well he's a tiny orange guy. Looks like he might be someone's pet? Or...used to be. Can anyone tell me who this guy belongs to? I need to talk to them. It's kind of important.

I know. I'm not seeing much around here though besides him. Doesn't even look like there was much of a struggle.

Well this may be as good a reason as anyone needs to start making one.

You would think that. Perhaps a recurrence after it was left alone will help push things this time.

Maybe but it's sad if that is what it comes to.

It is but a single person can't do this alone. Having the ability aside, one person making the laws here is unwise.
