[The video comes on and for the second time this month appears the raccoon constable himself. Though this time he isn't has happy as he was last time. His face is fallen and he seems to be in an alleyway this time. He looks at something off screen for a moment before turning back to the camera with a frown.]

I...don't know if anyone is missing this guy or not but I found...well he's a tiny orange guy. Looks like he might be someone's pet? Or...used to be. Can anyone tell me who this guy belongs to? I need to talk to them. It's kind of important.

Not yet. I'm going to scout the town with someone else who knew Daxter and a few others are on the case too. We might be able to find some clues if anyone heard anything.
