[The video comes on and for the second time this month appears the raccoon constable himself. Though this time he isn't has happy as he was last time. His face is fallen and he seems to be in an alleyway this time. He looks at something off screen for a moment before turning back to the camera with a frown.]

I...don't know if anyone is missing this guy or not but I found...well he's a tiny orange guy. Looks like he might be someone's pet? Or...used to be. Can anyone tell me who this guy belongs to? I need to talk to them. It's kind of important.

Yeah. He is a small orange guy with a tail and pants. Looks like he has goggles on his head too.

Kinda looks loike a weasel? Sounds like Daxter. What do you mean you found him? He okay?

So Daxter is his name...I'm sorry. He's dead.

I wonder if that was intentional.

I don't know but I'm pretty sure no one just shrivels up and dies on their own most of the time.
